Libby Public School Series: Libby Montana

October 2020

School has been in session for approximately six weeks and the stress and chaos surrounding COVID 19 and school needs and expectations has once more become reality for staff students and their families. Kids are being quarantined, families choose remote learning, or kids are in school learning, dealing with social distancing, masks and continued hand washing and now school is closed for at least 2 weeks for the elementary school and one week for the middle high school. Everyone is back to remote learning. It was a challenge in the spring and will be a challenge this fall and winter. The times are uncertain and the pattern I see emerging will probably be ongoing for the unforeseen future. I will be writing posts to support your children with their physical therapy goals. Both as part of the Libby Public School Series as well as other posts with general information on various areas of child development. Please check back and see previous posts, for ideas and strategies to help support you and your child while learning from home. Stay safe and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
